Adani AeroCity Lucknow is an upcoming world-class mixed-use commercial development by Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), strategically located opposite the upcoming Terminal 3 (T3) of Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport (CCS Airport), Amausi, Lucknow.

Designed as an integrated Airport City (Aerotropolis), the project will combine premium commercial spaces, luxury hospitality, retail, entertainment and business infrastructure within a single urban destination.

Adani AeroCity Lucknow is planned as a landmark mixed-use commercial development in lucknow that will redefine airport-centric infrastructure in North India. Spread across approximately 110 acres opposite Terminal 3 of Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport (CCS Airport), Lucknow, the project represents an investment of over ₹1,100 crore.

The first phase will offer a built-up area of around 3.47 lakh square metres, featuring two luxury hotels, premium Grade-A office spaces, modern retail areas and shopping malls and a world-class convention centre. Designed to provide seamless business and lifestyle experiences, the development will also include parking for more than 4,000 vehicles and enjoy direct connectivity to the airport and Lucknow Metro, ensuring excellent accessibility.

With a target completion timeline of 2026 (subject to project execution timelines), Adani AeroCity Lucknow is set to become one of the city's most significant commercial, hospitality and business destinations.
